JAMES E. HIBBS, PLS
James Hibbs is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. He has 31 years of surveying experience. He became President and owner of L.J. Friar & Associates, P.C. in May, 2001.

Mr. Hibbs was employed by Friar-Moffit & Associates in 1982. Prior to that, he was employed by Douglas County, Oregon and the United States Forest Service, where he worked the summer months as a survey technician while attending college.

Mr. Hibbs received his registration as a Oregon Professional Land Surveyor in 1986 and California Professional Land Surveyor in 1988, and for the past twenty-six years has been responsible for numerous projects from the pre-design survey, subdivisions, through construction staking as well as water rights.

ROBERT (RICK) F. STOVALL
CHIEF OF SURVEY PARTIES
Mr. Stovall was employed by L.J. Friar & Associates in 1995 as Chief of Survey Parties. Prior to that, he was employed by Surveying and construction companies in Northern California & Oregon and has over 29 years of surveying experience.

For the past 13 years, Mr. Stovall has worked on numerous projects from the pre-design survey through construction staking as well as construction cost estimating. He has a thorough knowledge of robotic and non-robotic Surveying instruments and their application to surveying, mapping and construction staking. His ability to read and decipher construction plans allows him to keep construction staking projects moving smoothly.

DAVE C. NELSON, LSIT
Mr. Nelson was employed by L.J. Friar & Associates in 2005. Prior to that, he was employed by Bureau of Land Management & Mark Thomas & Co., Inc. in Northern California.

Mr. Nelson received his registration as an LSIT in 1997, and for the past 3 years has worked on numerous projects from the pre-design surveys through construction staking and final mapping.
